Returns & Exchanges

At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, along with all original packaging and tags, into a secure mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
